We booked a 3 week stay for an employee and paid $4k in advance. When he arrived the staff hounded him about not having the credit card present and asked us to email all the card info and photo ID (to a shady gmail account). We told them we didn't feel comfortable with that and they proceeded to keep hounding us and threatening to kick him out early. He told me on the phone we owed no more money, it was just to have the number for records. When our owner called he told him that he needed to charge us.
As I was only there overnight. It was quiet, comfortable and convenient to the airport for me. It worked and was less expensive during the holiday weekend
