ur recent stay at Art Legacy Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, this beautifully designed, year-and-a-half-old hotel impressed us at every turn. Our room was cosy, modern, and thoughtfully appointed, complete with complimentary snacks, an assortment of fine French teas, and even a stylish Smeg kettle for added comfort. The art throughout the hotel was absolutely stunning, adding to the warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The front desk team was incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful, making our check-in process seamless and stay comfortable. Breakfast was included and made to order — a delicious and personal touch. We highly recommend Art Legacy Hotel and absolutely can't wait to stay here again!

Location was fantastic. Very walkable to all the major sites. The room was snug, and very tight for space. Staff very good, but never got the breakfast order right for 3 days straight.

We had the most amazing stay! the hotel is simply beautiful, rooms are immaculate and each room is individual, the staff are amazing very helpful and cannot do enough for you! I would also recommend eating in the restaurant as it was to die for! Breakfast is fabulous and lots of choice I would absolutely recommend!

Offering the most exceptional service and aesthetic appeal for the design-minded traveller. Everything is brand new and thoughtfully considered, from the wallpaper in the elevator to the hand soap and lotion in the well-appointed and spotless chambers. Breakfast included was truly indulgent and the best start to the day. I was enchanted by the way the staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. Perfect Stay in the Perfect Location

Our stay at the Art Legacy Hotel was fabulous! My husband and I had a wonderful time from the moment we checked in. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Our room was beautiful with a fantastic balcony and beautiful view. The hotel is in the perfect location within walking distance to so many of the attractions. The breakfast was fabulous, and we enjoyed cocktails at the bar.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff

This brand-new 5* hotel is truly outstanding. The hotel is first rate in its design, very comfortable and served us very well. The restaurant is excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Last but not least, the entire staff, led by the hotel manager, is making every effort to help in as many ways as possible. I cannot praise them more. Extremely highly recommended!

The staff here is absolutely incredible. So welcoming. Let us check in quite a bit early, for which we were grateful considering we were working off of ZERO sleep after a long flight. Were VERY helpful with recommendations. The rooms are "unique" and "boutique" so if you are looking for a Holiday Inn, this AIN'T IT!! We stayed for two nights in October and would definitely come back.

This is a stunning hotel. It is centrally located to restaurants/bars and shopping. The staff went above and beyond. Perhaps the best customer service I have received at a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, and always well stocked with delicious items.
