The room was modern and well appointed. Housekeeping was provided everyday, and it was super clean. The staff and the main building were extremely helpful and everyone very friendly. Metro steps away, buses steps away. Ideal location. We highly recommend this property.

Great hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and included a small kitchen, which was very helpful. Conveniently located on a central street in Lisbon, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wish to have a tissue box, coffee maker and small towels in the room. Shower room door can’t be exactly closed, so you have to take care of showers. And very small. Fortunately its water pressure is weak though. Overall however, very clean, new and great location, so it could be very possible to choose again.

Great location in Lisbon’s Santo António district—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The studio was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for a comfortable city stay!

Overall a very good accommodation. Something to note though is that the check in is at the Turim Hotel next to the accommodation - they own the apartments. The hotel is very well placed for walking about and restaurants near by as well as the metro. My room (203B) is a good size and has a small kitchen area if needed. Small bathroom with a good shower. HOWEVER - and this is a bit of a down side - the soundproofing between the rooms is almost none. I can literally hear conversations, rustling of plastic bags and...um, well - you might be able to guess what else. Not great and something I think the hotel should somehow try to address. I mean I'm not a prude by any stretch but even I'm blushing at some of the things I can hear from next door. It's as if there is almost no wall there at all. The soundproof from outside is great. The positives - very clean, comfortable bed, great aircon.

Great location and a clean and comfortable room. One night, we could hear someone outside at 2:00 in the morning yelling about something, which was enough to wake us up, but I think this kind of thing is pretty common in Lisbon, so I don't blame the hotel.

Nos gusto mucho la ubicacion. Hay una estasion de metro justo cruzando la calle. Los estudios hacen parte de las cadena de hoteles Turim. Excelente servicio y limpieza. Totalmente recomendable.

A great start with minor issues

Lovely little apartment situated in the expensive shopping area of the city (Rolex & Gucci etc within a stones throw). Situated up a side street next to the main hotel. Sadly that was the view we had, the side street & main hotel). Ideally situated within a ten minute walk or so to Praça Dom Pedro & thereafter a further ten minutes to Praça do Comércio. Annoyingly the hot water seemed to run out after one shower & apparently we were not the only ones to complain about this. Sadly, on our last night there was some motorcycle rally outside the hotel & apartments that went on until approx 3am with bike revving & speeding passed keeping us awake, but that was no fault of the hotel. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good overall, but most of the lamp bulbs were disfunctional and the door if the freezer inside the fridge was broken. No hand towel in the kitchen.

The wall was very poorly constructed.. you have to listen next door’s conversation if it’s any good or loud Music they are playing, you have to knock on the wall to tell them to quiet down.. otherwise you will stay up for how long? Till your frustrations are running out of your ears.

Ótima opção

Flat maravilhoso, localização perfeita, logo em frente a uma estação de Metro, a Estação Avenida. O check in é realizado na recepção do hotel que é o anfitrião e eles te acompanham até o flat que é no prédio ao lado do hotel. Tudo muito bom, o único inconveniente foi o chuveiro do quarto que vazava água pelo box então toda vez que se tomava banho, alagava o banheiro inteiro. Fora isso tudo ok. Reclamei com o hotel e disseram que iam tentar resolver, mas como só dormi uma noite ali, não esperei para ver se arrumaram ou não.

God beliggenhed og hyggeligt lille rum med alt hvad der skulle bruges. Jeg fik dog ingen forhåndsbeskrivelse om, at jeg skulle hente nøgle og kode på nabo hotellet, så det var til stor irritation! Og så på hjemmesiden stod der check in kl 14- men hotellet sagde det var kl 15?! De skid de på og jeg skulle vente. Så der er lige nogle ting der skal opdateres. Men ellers hyggeligt sted

A estadia foi boa. Equipe de check in muito atenciosa, mas muitas escadas para subir e descer com as malas. TV tb antiga, não aceitava Netflix nem outros canais de streaming. Muito limpo e excelente localização.
