Great boutique hotel. Beware that heat / air conditioning is global for the building, meaning that if you like a cool room during times when the building is in heat mode, you won’t have air conditioning cooling available. Awesome staff.

Everything was very good, from the moment we arrived and a very pleasant gentleman came to the car and took our luggage and delivered to our room while we went to park our car, Staff was always pleasant and offered suggestions whenever we made enquires. Check in was very easy, everything was emailed to me the day prior for building codes, room code, wifi passwords Room was very clean, comfortable bed and the sitting room was a nice bonus. Area is great to visit everything and anything, lots of restaurants, shopping, metro station, pretty much anything you need to visit Lisbon.

Absolutely perfect location, clean room, and really great staff. The only issue, which was a big issue, is that the power went out at 10pm and was never restored, not communicated about. There are no staff onsite after 10pm, and no emergency line or maintenance line that would let us get ahold of the hotel staff. I sleep with a medical device that requires power, so it was frustrating that there was no power at all throughout the night. Also frustrating that there was no communication or way to notify the staff at what happened. Beyond that issue, we truly enjoyed our stay.

The bed was really comfortable and also the bedding is very nice. The room is very modern and the facility is well done. Location is very convenient. I would have given it a five-star but there's no comfortable seating other than the bed.

The room was clean and the location was very central to restuarants and attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. We was caught in a storm and our train to porto was unexpected canceled. Thr reception went out of their way to help us find alternative options. Very much apprecated
