Small cute but not what was pictured on website.

The apartment was clean perfect for a xouple but little small for a third person. It is well situated to get around Lisbon. However, the picture and address of apa3wsd not the one we stayed at. There was no pool and it was in a completely different area. Double check address and links as there is a glitch here.

It's not where the map says!

Worst check-in experience ever. I've stayed there 1 month ago - and the map on hotels.com is STILL showing a completely wrong location. Close to metro station Alameda that is - where there is also a street containing the word "Monteiro" but it's a completely different street in a completely different quarter. I figured this out right before checking in and when I tried to contact the hostess about it she had not given me the right phone number... I finally got the right number... then she would not be at the apartment (that can also not be identified from the street, making my confusion if I'm now at the right - WRONG - place even greater)... then she would not pick up her phone... when I had already left to check if maybe someone's waiting at the adress where the apartment SHOULD have been according to the map she texted me that she's unavailable to answer right now... The apartment is okay but I picked it ONLY for it's location - IN THE MAP. And I expect someone I'm paying to stay in their place to BE AVAILABLE at check-in time. Service disaster!
