Everything was fabulous and the entire staff were amazing, helpful and gave a great vibe. Location is premium and the entire experience was First Class. Definitely if I were back in Lisbon this would be the place to stay. Looooved the front desk staff......they get the Gold Stars!

Excellent location and superb staff

Ideal location, close to all main attractions in Lisbon. The hotel staff was super helpful and attentive and made the stay even more enjoyable! Pet friendly, very clean and even though it's in the heart of the city, it feels like a sanctuary once you're inside thanks to the soundproof windows.

Fabulous City Hotel

This is a fabulous gem of a hotel in a perfect location. Sarah on reception could not have done more to help when I messed up the booking. She also made us dinner reservations. So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the room to relax and eat in is gorgeous.

After traveling from Porto all day it was nice to be at our place. George was knowledgeable, friendly. Even offered us breakfast knowing our long days travel, missing our breakfast to make the train. Suite was large , clean, central location to be in the action.

The first room we stayed in was a bit small. We went to Porto and when we returned they upgraded our room to a bigger room so that was great. All the staff members were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

A great Hotel

This is a beautiful small hotel , very clean, friendly staff and the loft room we had was lovely. It is also in a good location, near grain and tram station.

We loved our loft room and the view of the river. It was within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was nice, especially the coffee. I loved the special touches they left in the room like the welcome note and t-shirts. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They would call us a cab when needed and offered many recommendations. Even though we were near pink street and the time out market which tend to be busy, it was extremely soundproof in the room.

Highly recommended city centre haven!
