It features a living room with sofas and television, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle and a dining area.
In the outdoor space, it has a private terrace with outdoor furniture.
It also has internet (wifi), iron and hair dryer.
Your pet is welcome in this house.
It is located 8 minutes by car from Ribeira d'ilhas beach, 12 minutes by car from S. Lourenço beach and 12 minutes by car from the centre of Ericeira.
Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
