From check in to check out staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Room was ready ahead of check in time and we were given early access. Suite was excellent and seems quite new. Lovely high class interior with classy and contemporary vibe. Very clean and with all required amenities. foyer bar lounge very good with good quality live music every evening and good bar food. We also made time to enjoy the lower ground spa area and the roof pool, with spectacular views from infinity pool and lounge area.

Wonderful stay. Would have been good to receive instructions for all the light switches from bell hop. If light turned off bedside, light in bathroom goes off leaving that person in the dark.

The room was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept. Roof top pool is very nice. Restaurants on site are great. The breakfast area is large and very well run with many food choices.

This is an excellant first class hotel. My suite was first-rate, clean, and well equipped. The bed was great, and I had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was superb with a good choice, including healthy options. The hotel is immaculately clean and well run. I really enjoyed using the spa and roof top pool. All of this is as you would expect but the real stars of this hotel are the staff whether it's on reception, housekeeping, working in the restaurant.the bar, the spa, or the rooftop pool they all seem to want to go above and beyond to make your stay special. I would, without hesitation, recommend this hotel

This is a beautiful property and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. They made us feel well taken care of and were quick to offer suggestions that were helpful. The hotel location is central and easy walking distance to many sites.The room was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, including the coffee and the fresh fruit options. Extra points for a fantastic rooftop pool and bar. This was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. When I return to Lisbon, I will stay here and I recommend this hotel with a this hotel with enthusiasm.

The location was very central. We ubered our entire trip & didn't take long to get to places. Hotel is very clean & sheek. Staff are friendly and house keepers very friendly and helpful. One of rooms there was issue with the AC. Breakfast buffet - has alot of offerings but found that it was not very hot - temperature wise. We were down at breakfast for 8am. Rooftop pool lovely! We arrived 9am and had whole place to ourselfs before we started the day! Would definitely recommend staying here!

위치가 유명 관광지에서 멀어서 조금 불편할 수 있음. 호텔이 레노베이션한지 오래되서 좀 오래된 느낌이 있음. 2000년대 건물에 들어온 느낌. 리스본이 다른 유럽도시들에 비해 소득이 낮아서 도심이 조금 오래되고 낡은 느낌이 있음. 호텔 주변은 명품거리임에도 불구하고 뭔가 어수선함이 있음. 체크아웃이 느렸음. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절함!
