On the first morning I had brunch I was rushed out before I was ready because they were preparing for another event. The buffet was to be opened until 10:30. I arrived a little before 10:00am and was approached twice to leave because it was 10:30. Wine glasses were left on tables too long on several occasions from the night before. The hotel had an unpleasant odor on our floor. Their menu is not varied enough. The swimming pool bar was closed because it was now October even though the weather was hot. There were many wine glasses left behind the bar that had not been cleared away, but when I went downstairs to the bar to get drinks to bring up to the pool, I was told i could only bring a can and a paper cup. The food at the brunch was excellent.

I can’t say enough about this amazing hotel! The food was incredible, dinner and breakfast was served by wonderful staff . I am a genuine foodie, coming from the restaurant business and this was unlike any hotel experience I’ve ever had. The view from the infinity pool and bar was incredible. Close to airport , train station, and 10 min uber ride to Lisbon central. By the way the room was so delightful with the best shower I have experienced in a long time, perfect for a romantic 1st night in Lisbon

Hotel decided to close and renovate spa and fitness in the most expensive week of the year ($+-1000$ USD a night). While they renovated the spa, my room smelled for 4 days like sh.t. The size of the hotel room is closet size. In general it's clean but I found a cockroach in my room... a first in Europe. One day we where out of running water when I came back at night, next morning no water, I called the reception and they offered me to go to a sister hotel to shower... LOL!!! Somehow miraculously after my call the water came back. Well... the location is good if you need to attend the Fiera. But they won the 5* in a lottery. 3-4* Max. Oh btw. i had booked 4 rooms in the hotel... all the same, I'm the only one with a cockaracha. I honestly felt taken advantage of.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They held our luggage until our room was ready since we arrived early. They gave us a map and recommendations for how to spend our day. The restaurants they recommended were delicious and authentic. They had a great bar in the lobby. The room was beautiful with a nice view and comfy bed. We had coffee for the morning in our room. Everything was just wonderful and I would definitely stay again!
