I was upgraded to a larger room which was great. The location was okay. The room was clean, however, the window was broken, and we heard traffic noise all night. I would have liked breakfast to be included.

From the first day, we were attended to by Melissa who was especially lovely and helpful. She provided tips and recommendations to exploring Lisboa. I would absolutely stay here again, the room was nice including the bathroom. The Netflix didn’t work ( only flaw) I didn’t get to swim in the pool due to the cold weather but it looked clean. I was able to sit on the rooftop, get a drink from the bar, and watch the sunset. Beautiful view of the city

Overall my stay at this hotel was pleasant and many aspects of the experience were good. However, I was really taken off guard by the condition of the bedding. My sheets were ripped and the pillowcase had a hole with visible dirt in it as well , which is very surprising for a hotel that presents itself as five-star . While the rest of the stay went smoothly, this issue stood out and did not meet the level of quality I expected especially for a hotel that claims itself as a luxury 5 star hotel .
