Plutôt pas mal, mais avec des bémols !

Propre, spacieux, lumineux, hyper-bien placé, top restau au pied de l'immeuble, MAIS... Pas de fonds de placard (sel, poivre, huile,... : RIEN); pas de sacs poubelles ni de sopalin; 1 seul torchon, peu de vaisselle, pas de ciseaux mais 3 tire-bouchons, un peu chiche en vaisselle. ATTENTION aux photos : la baignoire est une douche ! Quelques savons, mais ni gel douche, ni shampoing (malgré les indications) AUSUN rangement dans la petite chambre : la commode et les tiroirs sous le lit sont REMPLIS de couettes et d'oreillers. Pas assez de prises pour les divers branchements (notamment dans la cuisine). ATTENTION également : la boite à clés est 2 numéros plus loin... Dommage que les bémols diminuent un peu la super expérience !

El piso necesita mejoras

Piso en Rúa das Pedras Negras. Aspectos positivos: - La situación, entre la Catedral y Plaza del Comercio, justo al lado de un restaurante encantador (Velha Gaiteira). - Espacioso y luminoso (claraboyas), tiene 100 metros cuadrados o más. - Cocina equipada con electrodomésticos y vajilla, suficiente para cenas y desayunos. - La empresa respondió rápidamente cuando les avisamos del fallo eléctrico y vinieron al piso para solucionarlo. Aspectos negativos: - La entrega de llaves, pues hay que ir a la sede de la empresa en Avda. Da Liberdade con todo el tráfico y dificultades de acceso (primera planta sin ascensor). - Aunque había realizado el cheking online y abonado el importe, la persona que me atendió no se percató de ello, y pretendía cobrar la tasa turística y de nuevo me pidió los carnés. Tuve que volver al coche por los documentos y, cuando iba a subir de nuevo a la empresa, el responsable bajó y me dio la llave, reconociendo su error: no era necesario dar más dinero ni documentación. - Solo dan un juego de llaves, estuvimos incómodos por eso al ir 3 adultos en el grupo que no siempre querían salir juntos. - El piso es un tercero sin ascensor. Debe quedar claro en el anuncio, no es accesible para las personas con necesidades especiales. - El contenedor de basuras está dentro del portal del edificio: mal olor al entrar. - El piso tiene un fuerte olor a humedad, creo que por culpa de los cuartos de baño, ambos interiores. - El baño con ducha carece de mobiliario donde poner artículos de aseo. - El aseo que no tiene ducha tiene problemas de pérdida de agua en el WC. Cuando llegamos recogimos el agua que había en el suelo y usamos la fregona con frecuencia para mantener seco el suelo. - No hay calefacción instalada ni aire acondicionado. Hay radiadores portátiles. Pero la instalación eléctrica debe ser antigua porque no soportó 2 radiadores conectados por la noche y se nos fue la luz. Por eso les llamamos, para no tocar nada de su cuadro eléctrico, y vinieron a solucionar el problema. - La WiFi es de baja intensidad, en los dormitorios individuales se pierde la señal. La televisión por esa razón no funciona bien. - Las camas nos resultaron incómodas, duras, y las almohadas están en mal estado. Como visitantes asiduos de Lisboa, creemos que el piso necesita mejoras y reparaciones para justificar su precio. En esta ocasión necesitábamos T3, por eso la elegimos, pero no repetiremos, lo siento.
