What an incredibly planned and lovely breakfast for your guests — Portuguese egg tarts, mini-crepes, juices, and so many thoughtful little touches! The room was gorgeous and spotless, and the bathroom beautifully clean. We had such a wonderful stay — we very highly recommend HF Fenix Garden! 🌿 (I’ll be sharing some photos where I’m able to — it’s too beautiful not to!)

Horrible customer service, promises broken, rooms old and worn out - in particular the bathrooms. Outside area looks nice but is surrounded by buildings of hundreds of people staring at you from every direction.

We had two separate bookings for this hotel. When we first arrived, we got 'upgraded' the the Fenix Music (thankfully!). The Fenix Music was amazing! Pool on the roof, rooms were spacious, big shower with rain nozzle and the free breakfast was AMAZING. A big shout out to Ruben, the host at breakfast who was over the top helpful and somehow knew our room number and where we liked to sit by the second day. He is a keeper. Then, on our return, we had 2 nights at Fenix Garden... compared to Fenix Music, it was a big let down. The room was nice but there was zero water pressure which made washing your hair a challenge. Then we noticed they had put the shampoo by the sink and the hand soap in the shower. I mentioned it to the front staff and they said they'd fix that but never did. Not a big deal as we used the hand soap but when we rinsed, the water at our feet was brown. The soap was clear so we were puzzled. Then we dried off and the towels turned brown! Not sure what happened but it was kind of icky. I assumed the hotel came with complimentary breakfast but found out upon check in, that we apparently didn't choose that so we had to pay 15 euro and well, it wasn't anywhere near the same as the breakfast we enjoyed (for free) at the Fenix Music. I am just very grateful that our first stay was at the Fenix Music because I don't know if we could have stayed at the Fenix Garden for 5 days. The location of both hotels (side by side) was wonderful.

The hotel stands out not only for its convenient location but also for the exceptional quality of service it provides. From the moment you step in, you are welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Every staff member is attentive and ready to assist with any request, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their stay. On every occasion that we needed help—be it directions, recommendations, or general assistance—the staff went out of their way to provide quick and thoughtful support. A special mention must go to Lily at the front desk, who made our experience even more memorable. Her friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and genuine care for guests added a personal touch that elevated our stay. She was always approachable, attentive to details, and ensured that everything was taken care of with a smile. Overall, HF Fénix Garden offers not just a place to stay, but an experience defined by hospitality, convenience, and care. It’s a hotel we would gladly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was very quiet. We opted for the buffet breakfast. There was lots of variety but the options didn’t changed for the four days we were there. The gentleman greeting at the buffet every morning (wish I had his name) was very friendly and helpful. He would ask about our plans for the day and then help us with suggestions and tips. We had a problem with our fridge in our room. It took a couple of days to get it sorted out but eventually a replacement was provided. When we got back to our room that night there was a nice fruit bowl left there for us. A nice touch. We would definitely go back and stay there if in Lisbon again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel HF Fénix Garden in Lisbon! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that made every morning a real treat. A special mention goes to Sérgio from the restaurant, who was amazing and truly attentive — he made the experience feel warm and personalized. My room was spotless, comfortable, and offered an amazing view that made my stay even more special. I was also impressed with all the amenities provided in the room, which made it feel both modern and cozy at the same time. The only point I’d like to highlight is the parking access. It’s extremely tight and could be dangerous if you’re not very careful—honestly, it feels like an accident could happen easily given how narrow the entrance and exit are. That being said, everything else about this hotel was perfect, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip!

The hotel is located in the center of Lisbon, within 5 to 10 minutes uber ride to many attractions in downtown. The condition of the hotel is good. I skipped the free breakfast because it has very little option and tastes very blend.
