Relatively last minute booking. Had a lovely stay. The location is excellent and hotel very nicely decorated. However it’s the staff that made the stay special, from the first phone call to checkout.

Will be staying here every time we come to Lisbon. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. They are a little small but the bathroom is very roomy and the room is more than big enough. The breakfast is a great value. Delicious with a lot of options. The staff was very friendly and informative and we felt so comfortable right away. The location is near absolutely everything. I can’t think of a thing I would change.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful boutique hotel in the historic center of Lisbon. Great service, great food, close to many sights. Don’t miss the free walking tour led by Pedro. It was a highlight of my stay - informative and passionate. Can’t recommend enough - look forward to staying here again!

Pedro made our stay special from the moment we walked into the door. Our room wasn't ready so he personally took us on a tour of the downtown area. The hospitals continued with the rest of the staff. Our room was always clean and organized. We were sad to leave.

Great find in Lisbon!!

Loved loved this hotel. Great location- close to everything. Hotel had champagne waiting in our room which was a very nice surprise. Gave 2 samples of port wine another day in the room waiting. Breakfast ( which was included also) had a great variety of options. Hotel also offered free walking tour with a free drink after in their bar!! Would recommend this hotel:)

This is a fabulous hotel. It’s spotlessly clean, the bedroom was lovely, the breakfast incredible and the staff are amazing, so helpful and attentive. The Guest Service Manager, Pedro Falcao, was sensational. I have never been to a hotel where someone goes out of their way so much to be helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Pedro is an outstanding advert for an outstanding hotel. Highly recommended!
