I LOVE U! Villa offers:

Panoramic SPA:
Located in our gardens and built inside a modern "all glass" structure, you can enjoy a 5-seater Jacuzzi with 51 jets, 40ºC/104ºF heat and also a Haman/steam bath where you can appreciate the relaxing eucalyptus scents in up to 55ºC/131ºF heat.

POOL:
Our 9,5X4m recently renewed salty water pool can be heated up to 35ºC/95ºF!

With so many unexpected weather changes, our spa and heated pool guarantees comfort all year!

CINEMA:
A state of the art projector provides guests with a fantastic outdoor cinema experience. A laptop can also be connected.

GAMES ROOM:
Our dedicated games room is equipped with an 8 feet Pool table, a Foosball, Arcade machine with over 1000 games and several table games. This area can also be used as a 5th bedroom with a sofa bed provided.

FOOTBALL PITCH:
We have an agreement with the local football team to rent the football pitch for our guests. It's located just 10 minutes drive from our villa. The charge is 75 euros / 3 hours (balls included).

BEDROOMS:
We offer 4 bedrooms + 1 games room with a sofa bed. We have several extra beds that can be set up according to our guests needs.

Private CHEF:
For several years we've been working with 2 experienced Chefs that offer a great variety of both Portuguese and international dishes. All meals can be provided! Please check our insta for menus & quotes.

BEACHES:
There are 19 beaches in Ericeira. There’s a bicycle lane from our villa's surroundings to the beaches. You can rent a bicycle, take an Uber or taxi. Or, you can walk... it’s "just" 4 kms! :)

MASSEUSE:
An experienced private masseuse is available to provide massages directly at the villa.

VIP ACTIVITIES / SERVICES:
Working together with our guests, we can create unforgettable holidays! To do so, we can provide all kind of activities and services, such as: Private CHEF, beauty therapist offering signature massages directly at the villa, visit to vineyards, limousine renting, tours, yoga on the beach, surf and paddle lessons, paintball, bounce trampolim, boat trips & many others.

NEAREST TOWN:
Only 4 minutes drive you'll find Ericeira, an authentic Portuguese coastal town with 19 beaches, restaurants, café's, supermarkets and also a great night life with dozens of bars, clubs, discos and all kinds of entertainment.

SUPERMARKETS:
There are about 15 supermarkets 4kms away, most of them open until 11PM. One or two deliver at our door, through app Uber Eats.

We had an extremely relaxing and enjoyable 10 day stay at the villa. Everything was prepared beautifully for our arrival with small touches, such as provision of fresh fruit and bottled water. The villa is well equipped and a great location for a family gathering.

Incredible villa close to beach

This property is even better than the pictures!! Has everything you could possibly need, from the pool, hot tub and steam room, to the large kitchen, pool table and outdoor cinema! Walking distance to cafe and a few shops, and 10 min drive away from Ericeira with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. We came as a group of 16 24-year-olds and had the best time- would recommend to everyone!

FELT LIKE HOME

Since before we arrived Paulo, the host, made us feel like home. Being responsive at all times, and answering questions in the most pleasing way. With regards to the accommodation it was perfect, exactly like the pictures, we enjoyed afternoons in the hot tub and the pool and had so much fun. It was a 10/10 experience!

Brilliant Villa

The villa is so much nicer in person than on pictures. I was a little hesitant to book at first because of the area and it was a bit of trek from Lisbon but so glad I booked this villa. Ubers and bolt work perfectly even if it is a bit of a longer journey. Paulo is incredible and extremely helpful and super responsive which was brilliant. Shame we didn’t get to meet in person but he is super helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights for a stag do and it was epic!

We were a group of 18 staying at Love All villa for a hen weekend - and it was the most beautiful stay! Paulo is SO helpful, I booked this a year ago and he has been responsive on all of my many queries, helping out with transfers & any additional questions! He really does go above & beyond. Both Paulo and his house are awesome! Crystal clear instructions, great service and a house that definitely lives up to its description. We had an absolutely knock out weekend! It started with the very punctual grocery delivery within 5 minutes upon arrival (the beer was even cooled). Throughout the weekend Paulo was always available. Full recommmendation!

Loved it!!

Booked this villa for a big family holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday. Paulo made the booking process so easy with same day replies to all our questions leading up to the holiday, handy tips and being so accommodating to our requests even during our stay. The villa had something for everyone. With the heated pool, jacuzzi, games room and lovely local beaches - we had the best time! About 30/40 mins from Lisbon - super easy to book Ubers. We're so glad we treated ourselves to the private chef on our last night as well - the whole process was seamless, the chefs were lovely and all the food was so delicious!! Highly recommended :)

April 2025 stay

Stayed with a group of 21 and we had one of the best weekends. Paulo the host could not have been more helpful regarding communications and organisation. We were able to organise a food delivery to turn up on the day which meant we had more time in the villa. For a very reasonable fee Paulo was able to help us with this. Checkin and checkout process was all very helpful. For a group of 20 guys doing a stag the villa was perfect. Had everything you need to cook a bbq and big breakfast for the group. The pool area and games on offer were so fun. Although cabs into Lisbon takes 45 mins it was very easy to get cabs. Could not recommend Paulo as a host more.

Fantastic villa made for a brilliant 5 days!

We were a group of 20 staying at this villa. From the outset, Paulo (villa owner) was ultra responsive via WhatsApp and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was sorted for our arrival. Even with 1 days notice, he arranged for a private chef to cook a beautiful BBQ on our first night and ordered a full drinks and food shop to be delivered. The location (Ericeria) was stunning with lovely little bars and awesome restaurants/places to eat. Spending our days by the pool, in the villa spa (jacuzzi and steam room), playing pool and table tennis, amongst visiting the local town and paddleboarding at the beach made for a brilliant holiday and one that every single person loved. Thank you!

14 of us stayed at the villa for my sisters hen do and we had a fantastic weekend!! The villa has everything you need for your stay!! The facilities are great and beds were super comfy. Paulo was the perfect host! He arranged a wonderful private boat trip for us (with transfers to and from the villa too) and Luis the captain really looked after us. Paulo was always on hand for anything we needed during our stay and helped us find our minibus in the centre of Lisbon late at night. He literally couldn’t do any more for us! On the last day Paulo arranged for some masseuses to come to the villa where we all had a massage which was just perfect after a hectic few days! I would definitely recommend!! Thank you Paulo for making our hen do the best ever!!!

A Perfect Family Getaway – Highly Recommended!We had an absolutely fantastic week at this beautiful villa in August. Our group included 8 adults and 3 children (aged 8–11), and the space was ideal for a large family gathering. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to outdoor amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our host, Paulo, was exceptional. His communication was prompt and friendly, and he was incredibly proactive in making sure everything was going smoothly throughout our stay. It made such a difference knowing we had someone so reliable and responsive if we needed anything.The villa itself is perfect for families, with plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy time together. The location is also fantastic—peaceful and private, yet with easy access to Ericeira and Mafra via Uber or Bolt. We loved exploring the area and always looked forward to returning to the comfort of the villa.This was one of the best family holidays we've ever had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others. PERFECT!!!

Group of 6 adults & 4 children staying in this lovely villa. Highlights: Villa: Very modern & sofisticated arquitecture with perfect details. SPA: Extremely well designed, perfectly integrated in the gardens. Great moments of relaxation. Games area: Mostly kids & also adults loved it! Lots of entertainment. Barbeque area: Great spot! Congratulations! Limousine: Very nice service at a very good price. We used their services twice. Host: Paulo was a wonderfull host. I can't thank him enough for all the support during our stay. One final word for Beethoven. We were expecting to see him but heard on the check-in that he passed away due to his advanced age. The way Paulo described him I can tell he was a beloved dog. Our condolences.

Our stag group of 16 stayed for 3 nights June/July 2023. The external facilities of pool, Spa games room, garden space, recliners, projector and hot-tub were an absolute dream. Internally fitted kitchens, bedrooms with an open lounge and dining Spaces were clean and very well equipped. We had our own BBQ located externally, as well as a bbq hosted by paid chefs. They served 16 of us with an absolute feast. Prior to and throughout our stay the communication with Paulo was superb. He was swift in answering any queries, including arranging Airport transfers. Even organising shopping supplies to be delivered. The local town of Ericeira had a range of bars, restaurants and beaches…and even as a large group we were welcomed with open arms by such friendly people. To anyone choosing this Villa you will enjoy an experience to remember. Our group are still buzzing. Thank you Paulo and VRBO

Amazing villa (and property manager)!

I can only repeat what others have written about this villa and the property manager, Paulo. My friends and I celebrated my birthday here and I would summarise the experience as being "perfect". The villa is very modern and has a well-equipped kitchen for cooking for large groups. But the big highlight here was our time spent outside at the pool, jacuzzi and games room. Paulo was immediately reachable throughout our entire stay as well as the months leading up to our visit where he answered any questions that I had. He also made himself available part-way through our visit to fix some of the audio-visual hookups with the entertainment system and even generously brought a birthday cake and a bottle of wine. His main concern is that you enjoy your visit and this was made evident throughout the entire booking process and stay. My friends and I would like to thank you very much for making my birthday exceptional... several of them have subsequently asked for the web address to your property, so I'm sure that you'll be seeing some of us again =)

Un endroit de rêve

Nous avons louer cette villa pour un EVG. C'était le lieu idéal, une maison de rêve ! Le propriétaire est une personne génial qui se pliera en 4 pour satisfaire vos besoin. Nous avons passer l'un des meilleurs week-end de notre vie !

Awesome house for holidays with friends

Great property, with lots of useful amenities (BBQ, pool, game room etc). Property was very clean when we arrived. I would recommend the amazing Spa which was very welcomed after spending the day visiting along the coast. Do not hesitate to book!
