The room was kept clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Having AC was great during the hot September weather. The hotel breakfast presented enough options for various dietary restrictions. The location was great—just a couple blocks from the major shopping street, while tucked away in a quieter street to wind down in the evenings.

After a long day of travel we all had massages at the spa which was spectacular. The space was intimate and away from all the crowds and business. The staff went way above and beyond customer service and massages were wonderful. A nice intimate boutique hotel in the middle of a very crowded city!

My favorite thing about this hotel is the incredible free breakfast! It’s a full spread of eggs, bacon/meats, cheese, pastries, fruit and an array of beverages. The rooms are super spacious and clean. It’s the biggest room in terms of size out of the 4 hotels I stayed in Portugal. The staff is sooo helpful and kind. The only thing that was a little strange but not a dealbreaker is that the shower is in the middle of the room with carpet all around it. Just a glass wall separating the bed and the shower. Plus the bathroom is also carpeted. It’s an interesting choice! The reception area is gorgeous and a great place to hang out. I really liked this hotel!

The picture of the lobby is misleading. It looks modern and and more upscale than it is. The breakfast (which was included) was really good for the price. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful when they understood us. The rooms, must have been the most humid rooms I had ever stayed in. The carpet was thin, woven, and uncomfortable (probably cause of the humidity), ac was...not great. But I think, Lisbon as a whole probably doesn't have great HVAC. Beds were not comfortable at our age ( haha), yes the hotel was clean though, as was the gym which we checked out (small, but functional). I think this would be fine for younger couples or business travelers. For the price, it was more than great! (But, yes, you get what you pay for.)

Amazing stay! Hotel very clean and roomie. Restaurant had amazing breakfast and we were in walkable distance to restaurants and luxury shopping. Cars CAN get into the street for easy pick up and drop off. Staff was very helpful!
