Perfect for a friends trip

The size was just perfect for us, it was clean and had several bathrooms. It is relatively central located, near to the shopping mile and 15-25 min walking for some of the tourist attractions. It was clean and there was the flexibility to bring the luggage earlier than check-in. The water supply from two of the three showers were bad. It seems it only has water for one shower. The other shower were extremely loud and we think also the neighbours can hear that.

Love Lisbon and would recommend this place to my friends!

We were traveling with a large group of friends and loved this place. Location is fantastic and walkable to great restaurants and bars. Common area is separated from most of the bedrooms so that allowing for people to get some sleep when needed.

We were a large group of colleagues staying at the apartment for an offsite and it worked perfectly!

Finding a property of this size was difficult in central Lisbon and so this really is a huge bonus for this apartment. It was incredibly clean and well cared for. There were enough facilities to be comfortable (even dishwasher tablets!). We stayed in the apartment as part of a small company offsite and it was perfect - lots of space to work, supermarket and metro nearby and all the best parts of Lisbon within a 20 minute walk.

Our recent stay in this apartment in Lisbon was nothing short of spectacular. We had a group of 14 people, and the space and rooms in this apartment were simply perfect for accommodating all of us comfortably. The layout was thoughtfully designed, ensuring everyone had their own private space. The host Tomas was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Lisbon for a large group. Highly recommended for a memorable group trip! Located in a great neighborhood, we had easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Plus, the views from the apartment were stunning, offering a taste of Lisbon’s beauty right from our windows.

Truly appreciate the responsiveness and solutions provided by the host!

The host was very responsive and maintained contact with us from the day we booked to arrival date. We arrived earlier than check-in time and host was willing to meet to drop-off luggage to hold until check-in time. Upon arrival, they were able to get us an early check in so the group could rest. Unfortunately, the apartment we selected ran into some issue, however, host was able to accommodate and move us into another unit which fit the whole group. They helped move our luggage and brought us treats for the inconvenience.

Wonderful visit to Lisbon

Our family enjoyed a wonderful visit to Lisbon. Our apartment in Principe Real was well located near places we wanted to visit and central to convenient transportation. It is also a nice area to stroll through for some unexpected local finds.The apartment was spacious and well equipped for our group of 6. Since the weather was rather chilly in early March, it took a while to adequately warm the large space with the electric heaters that were provided. We also had some challenges getting the dishwasher to work and getting hot water access in two of the bathrooms.The beds were all comfortable and we really enjoyed the large dining area and living room space where we could gather and reflect on our adventures.

Special place for a group trip

This apartment is wonderful. In an ideal location for exploring and a really social place to stay with family or a group of friends (we were five girls on a weekend away). Plenty of space to chill, well stocked kitchen, nice comfy beds. It’s super close to two metro stations and incredible restaurants and bars. We didn’t want to leave! Also, the team at Central Hill are wonderful. Helpful, accommodating and really responsive. Can’t thank them enough for helping me organise such a great trip to Lisbon! More pillows and towels please. We got by and it was ok but more would have been great. Not a sticking point…we’re girls :))

Lisbon Stay

Great spacious apartment, amazing views from the top floor, easy to access to get to near Rato station within 2mins from station. Perfect to walk into downtown Lisbon with plenty of bars and restaurants. Ubers and scooters available anytime. Restaurants close by including convenience store. Plenty of space in apartment for a group of people. As we were 12 guys we were less bothered about the things that can be improved below but another group may think differently. Great information on the website about activities, food and beaches. Very helpful. Great rep in Miguel, very informative, maintained communication throughout from the moment we landed in Lisbon. Gave us great information and warning about the infamous resident! Be clear that apartment is not great for noisy tenants given residential building. With no noise from 10pm until 8am. Luckily we were out during most of the time but hard to keep any noise down on a wooden staircase for three flights with a big group. I’d be sure to advise not being in apartment past this time. Which would play a big factor in groups of 20. Be clear number of actual beds in apartment. 4 beds in a room is actually 2 beds plus 2 mattresses on the floor. Although not a deal breaker but difficult to explain to someone that they have paid for a bed when really it’s a mattress on the floor. Number of keys. 2 keys for a group of 20 restricts the level of flexibility to access apartment at different times. Making several keys available and maybe the cost of these are in the deposit would have been ideal. Or alternatively a place to store the keys at the apartment in a lock box with a code so access can be managed at all times. Towels - best to store all towels in one place for the apartment, although it’s a nice look storing them in rooms it made it difficult to identify who had towels and who didn’t. Showers - seemed like when two showers were in use the third would have no hot water Bins - would have been useful to have kitchen bin or bin liners. We had to use carrier bags to remove rubbish from apartment.

L emplacement était idéal. Le logement est spacieux et bien aménagé. Tout était très propre et litterie et linge en suffisance. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Pas d eau chaude dans les 2 salles de bain près des chambres (un filet sans pression lorsque nous prenions la douche). Dans la salle de bain près de la cuisine ça allait mais il y avait un bruit très fort dans l appartement lorsque quelqu'un se douchait. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas correctement.
