This charming 95m² traditional home is nestled in a picturesque countryside setting and offers convenient access to various destinations.
The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room also opens up to a balcony with a stunning view.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob, oven, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils.
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with bunk beds. Each bed is dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials for your stay, including fresh towels and toiletries.
For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

The house is just a breezy 6-minute drive from the stunning Praia de São Julião and a quick 5-minute car jaunt to Praia Foz do Lizandro! Both beaches are truly beautiful with scrumptious restaurants. Foz do Lizandro features a charming wooden boardwalk where you can meander and nibble your way through delightful eateries, or simply sip on a smoothie, cocktail, or indulge in some ice cream! Meanwhile, Praia de São Julião boasts a beachfront pizzeria with a legit brick oven—pizza dreams come true! There's also a café serving the best omelettes in town, plus classic goodies like burgers and bitoque (a Portuguese fave).
Ericeira, a mere 10-minute drive away, boasts supermarkets like Continente and Lidl, along with a delightful array of restaurants, shops, and lively bars. This picturesque town, adorned with charming cobblestones and blue-and-white houses, holds the esteemed title of Europe’s first world surfing reserve, attracting surfers, yogis, and beach lovers alike during the sun-kissed summer months. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
