Service d’accueil était excellent. Chambre: excellent café Nespresso. Par contre, il n’y a pas de fer à repasser, l’air climatisé ne fonctionne pas bien. On a eu chaud et on ne dort pas bien. On a demandé un lit queen, mais on a eu les lits jumeaux. Prix un peu élevé.

Great location - across the street from campo pequeno (shopping/parking), walking distance to lots of restaurants. Room was large and clean. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, but get there early.

The room is like a princess room, beautiful. The breakfast... The best! However you can feel, yes feel, the subway every time arrives to the station. We had a balcony suite on the 2 floor. Probably if you have room in the back of the hotel, you won't notice that the hotel is on top of a train stop.

There's no parking lot on the property, the only parking lot around the area is the shopping mall, or you can circle the blocks around the hotel in looking for a freed parking area, we did the first night took an hour and a half to find parking, horrible! The bathroom and part of the room smelt like sewer. The outside of the area the same.

Great location, closed to the airport. Walking distance to fun places. There was no drinkable water in the room and I had to ask for a bottle. I got charged for it and it seemed odd because usually there’s always a welcome bottle water in any hotel room. Heads up if you are arriving late.
