The hotel was nice. The bed was smaller than a twin size but it was ok. I could not get the air to work properly. The staff was very helpful. The city is beautiful. The location is a little far from city center.

The checkin was swift and seamless, the room was comfortable and clean, the location for us was great, next to metro and Campo Pequeno, many great food establishments near by, you'll be spoilt for choice. The breakfast was ok, having gluten intolerance, available was fruit, yoghurt, bacon, mushrooms and cheeses - but lots of breads and cakes & pancakes for everyone else - enough to set you up for the day. I would stay again.

Pequeno almoço maravilhoso, com ótimas opções de alimentos e principalmente funcionários atenciosos e muito competentes. Tem um destaque a Ana do pequeno almoço, que sempre nos recebeu com um lindo sorriso e disposta ao atendimento imediato. Os demais funcionários tb são ótimos, parabéns ao time formado pela lideraça do Luzeiros. Limpeza dos quartos perfeita e localização para deslocamento via Metrô ou Comboio maravilhoso. Tudo correu super bem superando nossas expectativas.

Upon arrival at the property, we were greeted by one of the hotel's front desk attendants - David. My friend and I did not find him to be welcoming, and quite cold - while you could chuck it up to nerves, there were other issues relayed which allowed for better reception. During our stay, we requested an iron and ironing board which was provided, but then removed without our knowledge. Communication goes a long way. Cleanliness was also an issue- towels were not replaced daily and I had to request new ones upon return to the hotel in the evening.Additionally, we found that the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, along with the sheets not replaced, even with visibly stained pillow cases. The power went out and the hallway lighting leaves much to be desired but if there was better staff communication and housekeeping, the score would be better.These issues were relayed this information to the front desk and I do not think that there were appropriate corrections and/or attention to rectify the situation within the time that we stayed, which was five days. Although the location of the hotel and room size are appealing, all factors must be considered to ensure the best stay for guests.
