The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very accommodating and responded to our requests, whatever they may have been. The reason for four stars is because there is a refrigerator in the room, but they did not provide two complimentary bottles of water; after we went to the room exhausted from our travels, we had to make our way back outside to the supermarket where we purchased several litres of water. The location is great! It's a busy intersection, but once the window to the room is closed, there is not much sound from the outside except for the occasional rumble of the Campo Pequeno stop on the Metro which is right outside the hotel's door. That's a plus, given it's only a few stops to the Oceania (Aquarium) and downtown Lisbon.

O quarto é pequeno mas funcional, o banheiro não é funcional (uma vez que não cabe nem a frasqueira em cima da pia) e tbem não é tão limpo (sinais de ferrugem e falta de limpeza). Trata-se de um prédio antigo reformado. Os corredores tem um cheiro forte e enjoativo, na primeira noite me causou enxaqueca. O café da manhã não é de qualidade comparado a outros hotéis que ficamos em Portugal. Por 2 noites deixaram apenas 1 toalha de banho (reserva para casal). Detalhes pequenos que fazem a diferença, no recipiente escrito hidratante tem sabonete, ou seja, se não tem hidratante deixem vazio, mas não encher de sabonete só pra dizer que tem algo ali. A localização não é boa, muuuito longe de tudo, ou seja, eu não indico este hotel.

Wow! That's all I can say. We got there, a bit exhausted from a flight, knowing we'd have to check out WAY too early, and just wanted a good night's sleep. We got more than that. To our surprise, they had upgraded us to a bigger, luxurious room that looked right over the town, with tons of space. Comfortable king bed, plenty of pillows... And there was an elevator! Thank you for making our final night in Portugal wonderful!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location next to the metro. We could hear in from the 7th floor, but it didnt disturb us, it was actually pretty cool. Lovely hotel. Would book here again if I'm ever back in Lisbon. Nespresso coffee was great. Café on the ground floor was wonderful. Comfy beds. Very pleased overall.

The property was equal parts modern amenities and historical charm. There is a market within a minute walk for immediate needs and plenty of dining options within a short walk. While we didn’t use the train system this time, it was right outside of the hotel. The staff was great in accommodating our questions and making recommendations. This will be our go to hotel when in Lisbon!

Si regreso a Lisboa, lo vuelvo a rentar, pués por el económico precio que se paga lo tienes todo: Amabilidad, seguridad, limpieza, buen lugar para transportación y un Desayuno Buffet por 14 euros con una oferta variada de productos de excelente calidad. Lo recomiendo 100%. If I return to Lisbon, I'll rent it again. For the affordable price, you get it all: friendliness, security, cleanliness, convenient transportation, and a buffet breakfast for 14 euros with a varied selection of excellent quality products. I highly recommend it.
