The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well located. Overall, we really liked the property. Two bedrooms are excellent, the common areas are comfortable, and it worked well for our family.That said, our experience with the property management company was disappointing, especially given the price point.One bedroom is much smaller and has a glass door opening directly into the kitchen/living area, creating a privacy issue. This is visible in the photos, so Iâm not saying it was misrepresented, but itâs worth noting. I asked if something simple could cover the glass, even temporary blinds or paper/cardboard, but after a lot of back and forth was told it was ânot possible.â I ended up solving it myself.The front door was also extremely heavy and difficult to open. A rep did come show me how it worked, which I appreciated, but my older parents could not open it themselves when locked.We also booked an airport transfer through the property manager to make arrival easier. Customs was very long and the airline lost my fatherâs bag. We communicated with the driver throughout, but the transfer did not happen and my parents had to take an Uber. They said they waived the no-show fee, but we were still charged the full transfer fee, which felt strange since no ride was actually provided.In short: I recommend the apartment itself, but not the property management company. For a premium property, I expected better responsiveness, flexibility, and guest support.
