Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it.

The hotel was ok for our one night stay, but unfortunately we were given room 4 which was right next to the Reception desk and front door. We could hear everyone enter and exit the building and every casual conversation with the Receptionist, so presumably they could hear us talking as well. Bed was ok, but no tea tray with kettle/cups/tea and coffee as in the photos. We were given a kettle from the kitchen when we asked, with paper cups (!) and then that was swapped out for a coffee maker, but still paper cups. Convenient for the station and the breakfast was good, but would not book here again if we returned.

Our room was just adequate but the door to the outside was broken, vending machine was broken, they charged us for water. Breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful. Air conditioning worked but didn’t really need it. Room was clean but shower leaked everywhere & we saw mold above the shower… Building is old but refurbished

Great experience at Sintra Bliss! Staff was super helpful from start to finish with everything from parking tips to luggage storage after we checked out. Excellent breakfast, clean room, fun area close to many famous attractions in Sintra. We would stay here again!

Staff are so helpful with recommendations. Very friendly. Only complaint would be better lighting in the bathroom and the shower leaked onto the floor everytime. Otherwise it was fantastic

Great staff, good breakfast, nice room. Bathroom door stuck open and not fixed. Dead plant on terrace. Covering breakfast food would be better given lots of fruit flies around. Overall just a little bit more attention to detail and prompt maintenance would help this good hotel be excellent.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The included breakfast was a nice perk. The location was very convenient. The room itself was a little small and had a bit of an odd bathroom. It felt like staying in a hostel (albeit a nicer hostel). I don't think we realised that at the time of booking, but all in all, it was a good stay in a great location.
