We arrived late and were leaving early. Thrilled to find the sofa bed already prepared for our daughter. It was an easy walk to and from the airport. We enjoyed a nice breakfast before our departure. The hotel was quiet even though it was so close to the airport.

I’ve been coming to Melina for years. Always my favorite hotel in and out of Lisbon. But this time the service was just awful. Half the staff didn’t speak English and the other half were so rude and dismissive. My room was great. The food was great, as always. But the customer service has definitely plummeted. Sad to see. I would consider a different hotel next time.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were efficient and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet style. They had a little bit of everything. We were also pleased with the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa and the room service! Hope to stay here again soon.
