Quality, cleanliness and saftey are all there. However, checking in took 3 trips to the front desk to get keys remade. Then only to discover door lock battery was too low to function. Was told maintenance would fix next day. This issue was never fixed. Luckily digital app key did work. Only working ice machine was on second floor. All others had been removed or were out of service.

The check-in clerk was a smart slick. The ice machine didn’t work and another person said that they had reported it not working the day before. The printer for our receipt didn’t work. The bathtub drained very slow. Disappointed to learn that parking cost 10 dollars and that there was a charge for breakfast. We were going to buy an ice cream cup until we learned that it cost 13 dollars. Very ridiculous. Done with hilton

Staff was extremely rude. 10 dollars for parking in an empty lot was outrageous. Breakfast wasn’t free. We had to check out three rooms. The air conditioner wouldn’t get below 75. It was miserable. The person of color at the front desk said hotels don’t get any cooler. Bad experience.

I got the room because of the pool. They don’t have a pool. Expedia lied to me. Since we couldn’t get a refund even we had to just do it anyway. It’s very upsetting.
