The room was small but the bed very comfortable. Decent breakfast and a busy bar. Car park is far too small and tight.
Lovely clean modern hotel, great service and friendly staff, stayed for one night whilst visiting family. Perfect location a short stroll to the beach. Fantastic breakfast.
Absolutely ok location and room/pub. Room and area (Stable rooms, not main building) had a distinctive smell....a bit like a cheap aftershave!...otherwise ok. Breakfast was also ok, not outstanding, but very much what you'd expect from a "chain" establishment. Overall reasonable value for money.
Everyone was friendly lovely property.Had problem with shower fixed immediately. Just a bit worrying water was sclading hot, and left on that setting. It was easily sorted by staff.
Very accommodating, lovely outside seating area. Would stay again
Charming property just steps from the beach in a very quiet and dog-loving seaside town. Our room (3) was wonderful (Hints for large switch outside bath to turn on shower, and use outlet switch to turn on TV, would be good) and the restaurant served a delicious dinner with great chats. This is a gem on the busy south coast and is walkable for the town.
The Seaview has been designed and decorated immaculately. It looks very classy with pale grey furnishings - easy on the eye. It is in a lovely position and has a delightful garden
Excellent Hotel. Newly refurbished so all looking good. Breakfast was really good
Great chef. Shame i didnt sample any other meals. Shame also i couldn't spend more time there.
We had great fun at The Seaview. We were told new owners bought it several years ago and completely gutted and renewed it and it shows. Very tastefully done. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Carlo who made us feel very welcome and had a great personality.
A fantastic find!
The staff were helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and spacious with lovely decor. The bar/restaurant was amazing!! Great food options and tasted delicious!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our bijou room suffered from being over the kitchen, noise from the door and cooking smells drifting in.
Sea view was minimal but the location near the sea was perfect. Quite location and within easy reach of local shops and cafe. Service, decor and cleanliness were excellent.
A lovely pub/reataurant with rooms. We stayed in ‘The Apartment’ that sleeps up to six people, with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Four of us stayed comfortably and we will definitely stay here again. We had dinner and breakfast there, the food was lovely, and service second to none. It’s a great location, literally on the beach and has parking. Really friemdly, attentive staff who couldn’t do enough to help. They have live music events and the vibe in the bar area is good. A great find, and would highly recommended.
Very nice place next to the beach. we were working in the area and was hoping for a nice evening meal, but they don't serve food on Mondays and Tuesdays. there are a few take a ways nearby. Breakfast was excellent.
Small hotel in a residential area close to the beach. Very modern, clean and spacious bar and outside seating area. The room was small but not cramped and was furnished in keeping with the hotels decor. There was a birthday party taking place in the evening but the staff were quietly efficient and spent an appropriate time to check us in. If there is a downside it has to be the car park. It’s small and very awkward to navigate when full - 7 spaces in two separate areas. Not however a reason to ignore this exceptional hotel.
Charming little hotel with rooms above.
Small rooms with a proper King bed. Good linen. Nice size bathroom. Bright and sunny so it was light early. Tea & coffee provided but only 2 tea bags. They have meals on site or there are places to eat a short walk away. Quick walk to the beach.
The rooms are small but completely renovated and very clean. The rooms above the restaurants are a little noisy. Missing small things like tissues and face clothes ( face flannel). Parking is limited and an issue given the small road leading to hotel. The service is very friendly and very efficient. The food is good but for a change the villages has a great breakfast place and pub.
We stayed at The Seaview on our wedding night. We needed to check-in later than the standard check-in time and The Seaview went the extra mile to accommodate us.
The room was big, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and it was a lovely room. They had very kindly decorated it in celebration of our wedding, which was a wonderful surprise.
We had breakfast, which was delicious, with excellent and friendly service. We didn’t use the bar/pub/outside area but it looked brilliant and we will be returning.
Thank you for making our stay memorable and special.
Lovely place to stay but our bathroom was to small. Towels need to be bigger. Dined in restaurant £32 for small steak and 5 chips! Please check your bill in restaurant carefully we were charged for bottles of wine drinks and food we did not purchase so was not happy regarding that. Need reserved parking spaces as there was limited space and had to park quite a bit from property once which we did not like.

For past 5 years we have visited my parents and now my mother only, 4 times a year from US. When the Lamb in Angmering has been unable to accommodate us they recommended Seaview. As a change up we tended to try to stay at other hotels in the area once a year away from the Lamb. The first time we found room 1 with a partial ( really partial) sea view to be very small and we were constantly moving around the bed. After a comment to the housekeeper they showed us Room 2. We booked room 2 online on a subsequent visit which is described as a courtyard view. We stayed in room 2 and found it was a touch noisy as it was above the main entrance and like room 1 overlooked the car park but not too disturbing. To our third visit we again booked online believe it to be Room 2 to find it was room 5 which also has courtyard description but in truth overlooks the yard that deliveries are made, the dumpsters, the kitchen and propane tanks. We obviously tried to change and that was not met with any success. Room 5 is extremely hot and very small. We listened to the kitchen staff banter from breakfast till late into the evening. We were woken by the prior night recycle being dumped at 6 am along with beer keg deliveries. We had a reservation for Seaview booked for January thinking it would be quiet but after this experience we have cancelled that. The staff we would say do the job but we found no recognition that we were current or returning guests to the establishment. No warmth
