Amazing!

Accommodation was fabulous. Spacious, clean property. Location couldn’t have been better and there was no noise at night. I saw a few reviews saying it was too loud. We heard nothing and slept all night. The price is amazing too will definitely be back.

The bed was comfortable, however when we were trying to strip sheets and duvet cover at the end of our stay we found that the duvet was absolutely disgusting with a huge stain on it. Also the hand towel that was in the bathroom was dirty. It must have not been checked or swapped for a clean one but all other towels were clean so that helped us to forget about that oversight. After the lovely stay the dirty duvet was the only real put off. However the apartment was very clean and lift was fixed on 2nd day of our stay. Just to add, if you’re looking for a quiet nights sleep, you won’t get any because of the loud music that plays into the early hours.

Would not stay again, too noisy. Music from street below until 1am. So didn’t get much sleep. The lift didn’t work, apartment could have been much cleaner, very dark inside no fresh air coming in. Toilet and shower made a really loud noise. Would not recommend.

Clean, comfy (loud) and brilliant.

Bed was comfy, apartment was very nice, modern and clean. The providers do warn you of the noise, but damn, it was LOOUUUDD. In our apartment the rear bedroom was quite quiet. This isn't a moan by the way, we were told very clearly to expect noise so definitely be aware before you book but a brilliant place to stay. For parking I did 2 separate bookings which came to £9.75 and £11.21 respectively for Friday and Saturday. That was at Dale St. Equal to about 3 hours in Brighton!

The property itself isn’t too bad. However we booked 2 nights over a weekend and the level of noise from the pub across the alley was deafening, and the room was vibrating. The only warning about possible noise came after the booking had been made and the non refundable price paid. The deafening noise went on from 7.00pm to about 3.30 am. We abandoned the accommodation first thing in the morning and found somewhere else in the city. Don’t book (at least for weekends) unless you’re prepared to put up with deafening noise.

Liverpool Apartment

We booked this 1 bedroom property for two nights (Wednesday and Thursday) and were delighted with its location. It was immaculate and very modern with all the amenities you would expect including an iron and ironing board, not to mention the huge TV and very comfy bed! It was very handy for the different areas of Liverpool we wanted to see, including the Albert Dock, shops and bars. Our apartment looked down onto Mathew Street. Unfortunately, this brings about our only criticism. Some of the bars in Mathew Street play live music until 2am, and that definitely affected our sleep while we were here! Then, just to cap things off, when we managed to get to sleep when the music stopped, we were awoken by the refuse collectors before 6 emptying the bottles and cans from the wheelie bins below. We were on the top floor of the building - not a problem as there is a lift - ooops, did i mention the lift broke down on the second day! Not ideal, but these things happen. Would happily stay again as long as we could stay on the other side of the building.

Great location. Well equipped, lovely apartment. Check in and out process very quick and efficient. Quite noisy until early hours of the morning but this was made clear on booking and wasn’t an issue for me. Would definitely return - highly recommended

I had a comfortable stay at Castle apartments north road thank you. I have not been to Liverpool before and I did not realise just how noisy it would be in this area, the noise goes on nearly all night. The facilities were good and comfortable, though a bedside lamp is needed and warmer lighting as it felt very cosmetic. The cleaning definitely needs more attention to detail (especially the walls, and under cushions and furniture). Due to the noise I would not stay in this area again, though I would use Castle apartments again. Thank you.
