Lovely hotel, great location, super friendly and helpful staff - which we tested due to some maintenance issues in our room. No one around to fix so with no fuss they moved and upgraded us. Well done 👏

Fabulous hotel. Lovely friendly and attentive staff. We stayed in a townhouse room and had great river views. Great food and cocktails in the sky bar. Can’t wait to go back. Would 100% recommend here when staying in Liverpool.

The location was good, just walking distance to the Albert Dock. The staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. But referring to the invoice, they charge for upgrade and breakfast, suggest you check the credit card transaction and the invoice very well to avoid over charged.

This was my stay of choice in Liverpool but after this visit I will start to look elsewhere - a few reasons - breakfast was luke warm / cold, no mattress topper on a firm bed, stays and marks on walls, furniture, curtains - feels like its not being 'led' from the top well and standards are slipping

Very disappointed that we tried to visit the Sky Bar but our 15th floor key cards wouldn't let us access 18th floor. We decided to walk up 3 floors and our key cards wouldn't let us out of the stairwell
