t=The Staff were excellant very helpful, they handled my check inn quickly, and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble, and they pointed out some extra information, regarding directions, and routes into liverpool city centre
On site parking. Room clean and a good size. Went as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) good facilities beds so comfortable. Quiet. Polite staff.

The lake, with the wildlife , the closeness to where i was going for my course.
The friendly staff, definitely the staff.
Always a smile when they see you.
Definitely stay there again and will recommend it to anyone.
A very nice comfortable hotel. The bed is super comfy. Reception were very nice and helpful and friendly. My sister wasnt happy with the temperature in the room, too cold.

Comfortable bed and good size room. Room was clean. Corridors were filthy and reception not that friendly
Nice welcome from the gentleman on reception, the room was clean, decent sized TV, good shower pressure, good WiFi, this hotel obviously used to be a Premier Inn but is better now because it is half the price at least !!
The only niggle, was the beds were not made and the towel put in the bathtub was not changed.

Ex Premier Inn and still has that feel to it. There was a booking error when we arrived (I had booked 2 rooms and had confirmation, only 1 room had been reserved) but this was soon sorted out. Very clean and comfortable bedroom. The Chinese restaurant 300 yards down to road is lovely
Stay was great we went to see Sir Tom Jones in Haydock and Chris the lovely lady on reception was extremely helpful as I hadn’t printed my tickets out and she very kindly did them for me she also helped a few other guests with taxis etc lovely lady
Since the hotel as switched to OYO the property has deteriated and is in need of a full docoration, and refurb. Staff are courtious and helpful. There appears to be long term residents in some rooms.
This used to be a premier inn. Still has all the premier inn fixings so a premier with the name changed. Parking good can get the van in no problem. Due to the close down no food available. Pot noddle it was then.
Every we expected was fine. only problem was that we were told no reception, so we had to message the hotel what time we would be arriving, when we arrived we were informed that they had 24/7 reception.,
I found many positives in staying at OYO Lakeside Hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Good bathroom.
the only criticism I have is the noise from other rooms. Sadly I could hear people opening and closing their doors and the sound of people walking about overhead. This really spoiled an otherwise excellent stay.
Comfortable stay ... only problem was that the confirmation email was misleading!! There is a manned reception so no need to call to make arrangements as in email!!
Noisy people staying at the hotel. Contacted the hotel twice to request that the noise be lowered however no action taken. Bed was uncomfortable room did not smell fresh.
