We had an excellent stay at The Halyard Liverpool. Lovely clean room with attention to detail. All the staff were very friendly and extremely attentive. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night as shopping in Liverpool. Stunning hotel. Very modern and clean. Staff were so helpful advising us of best places to eat and visit. Nothing was too much trouble. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t have breakfast but the dining area looked lovely. Great ambience throughout the hotel. Will definitely be staying again.

Room was great, check in was slick, bar was nice (but closes quite early - 2330 does seem a bit early for residents). Breakfast a bit disappointing for those of us that don’t eat red meat. If you don’t want eggs you’re in for pancakes or continental. I don’t understand the lack of veggie or turkey bacon (I appreciate that’s just me - but vegetable sausages cause just the most insane reflux!)

Room was fine. Clean. Excellent access to plug sockets for a change. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked breakfast really good. Despite my room being downgraded at short notice I would still recommend this hotel for their general service. Obviously dependent on the level of refund for the change in my booking. I’ll certainly update my review otherwise but I doubt I’ll need to on first impressions.

Lovely hotel. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and very quiet despite overlooking the road. Lovely, comfy bed. I particularly enjoyed the waterfall shower - nice and hot with quality toiletries provided. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
