Hotel stay was good. The room was nice and clean the front desk and restaurant staff where helpful and friendly. The only things that let us down was the spa staff and we had to send back food as it was over cooked.

Definitely 5 Star hotel !!! Won’t let you down

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were offered canapés while we waited to check in. The doorman asked why we were visiting, and when I mentioned it was for my wife’s birthday, he kindly returned with a gift of chocolates for her. We loved the high ceilings in our room, and it was beautifully decorated. The bar area was stunning, and we enjoyed our drinks, although the £30 for two cocktails felt a bit pricey. I would definitely recommend this hotel; it deserves 5 stars! Additionally, the parking across the road for £13 for 24 hours was very convenient. The only downside was that using the pool required an extra fee.

1 night business trip. Overall a nice hotel in Liverpool, quite central and at walking distance from Lime St station. Only down side for me was that the appliances in the room didn’t seem to have been properly dusted and the phone next to the bed was a little dusty.

I’ve booked through Expedia, had to cancel the room due to emergency, Expedia has been very helpful try to reach out to them and I’ve tried to contact them as well, none of us can get hold of them. They just automatically checked in charged us. Very disappointing
