Appalling. Comms poor. Rubbish across both outside spaces. Landlord absent.Front door key card wierd looked like Tesco club card no instructions.
No opening bedroom window - black mould on ceiling and around bath. Wall behind loo broken and decor poor. Breakfast not apparent. Bedroom door hard to close due to door not clearing thick carpet. Cheeky note to remove shoes. Full refund demanded but no reply yet. Too much money for place - any money too much.
Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room.
This property needs to be qualified as suitable with the advert of the property being very misleading.
Its not a hotel it was a building site. We got asked by email what time we were arriving so told them 5pm got to the house building site. The door was unlocked opened it and yes a building site. So checked my emails again to see a email saying to find somewhere else as they had doubled booked i think that was a nice way of saying we are a building site. Took over an hour on the phone the next day to get a refund of hotels.com
This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid ÂŁ97 for night (not worth it) compared to ÂŁ65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This âHotels.comâ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels!
