This house was super! We all enjoyed ourselves immensely. The rooms were well furnished and very well layed out for a large group. The hot tub was so fun for the kids and adults alike. The kitchen was very well stocked. And there were plenty of towels! We will be back!

Christmas in Livingston

Had a wonderful time dog sledding, ice fishing, and visiting. Hot tub and pool were a nice addition.

You will not be disappointed staying at Absaroka Sunrise house. Great place to gather the family -lots of fun ganes and activities books and books to your hearts content. Interesting art and antiquities to marvel at. Incredibly comfortable bedding. All organic soaps and shampoos. As well as dishwashing soaps and laundry detergent. The well stocked kitchen had a variety of spices, plus flour and sugar.Complementary ground local coffee or Keurig cups if you prefer. Pots and pans plus every kitchen gadget you could possibly need to cook on there gas oven stove.(even a crockpot !)Beautiful serving trays to serve your meals, high-end finishes all over the house. Views from the deck and several rooms of the house that will take your breath away. Nice area to sit by the fire on the front deck and enjoy the scenery or the sunrise/sunsets. Nice laundry facility on the bottom floor, hot tub was clean with plenty of towels after you enjoy the outdoors. We would 1000% stay here again!

Perfection!

The his house was the best rental we have ever stayed in. It did not feel like a rental at all. Tia property is gorgeous and clean and very well stocked! We had teens and two young adults with us and everyone felt like they had their own space. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. We loved using it at the end of a day of adventures. Thank you!!!

We were planning a year out from our wedding and Dina helped us save money by going direct through them vs a third party site and also helped us pick out other homes for our immediate family; we were within walking distance of each other which was a dream. The house has gorgeous views from the hillside of Livingston, spacious with 3 bedrooms/3 baths, high quality and cozy-lived in vibes - we felt right at home! There is no doubt we'll be back to this property and/or others of theirs. Our wedding party must have rented out 2/3 of them and everyone gave rave reviews. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot say enough great things about Key Montana in general, and more specifically, their Absarokee Sunrise property! We connected with Brooke and her team over the winter as we decided we “needed” some Livingston time. With that, she steered our group (2 couples) towards this property. It exceeded our expectations in every way! We happened to land in the middle of an exceptional heat wave, and the pool and air conditioning were perfect! This house is so comfortable and well-appointed, my wife was constantly commenting on the attention to detail and exceptional style and taste. Memories of morning coffee on the front deck, enjoying the gorgeous views of the town of Livingston and the Absarokee mountain will stick with us for awhile. We spent our days fly fishing the Yellowstone River, and afternoons freshening up and enjoying cocktails in the pool. The great kitchen allowed us to cook a few dinners and breakfast, and the location also allowed us a short walk to an incredible evening @ Campione, as well as visits to the Murray and Mint Bars. Beyond the excellence of the property, the Key Montana team’s customer service is truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, payment, cleaning/maintenance, recommendations, etc. everything was perfect! We cannot recommend this company enough, and look forward to additional adventures with them!

Family Spring Break 2022

Beautiful, clean, cozy, lots of character, just as pictured in the listing. Nice central location to be able to explore Bridger Mountain, Yellowstone, Big Sky, Livingston, and Bozeman. We chose this place for the location and amenities! We enjoyed the hot tub daily. We were sad that the indoor fireplace is not functional, but there is an outdoor option. We did not get to try the endless pool- the instructions needed to be updated. But the host was very responsive and available to answer any and all questions. We would definitely recommend this property!

This very spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath had all the accoutrements on could expect from high end luxury lodging, the spectacular views from every room in the house to the wild life that would visit the yard every morning while having coffee. The kitchen, dining and great room area was perfect for hosting family and friends. Key Montana Property Management has thought of every detail from game for every age group too kitchen utensils and the best linens one could get use to. Not too forget the most important thing of all, the cleanliness of the home, it was impeccable!! Kudos!! To the Key Montana Property Management and it’s staff for having Top Honors in the rental industry
