It is a comfortable and well-equipped holiday home, which is in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. The house has two floors, each floor is a comfortable apartment. On the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with access to the garden and pool. You will also find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a Finnish sauna for lovers of relaxation.
On the first floor you will find an apartment with a living room, dining room for 12 people. and a kitchen. There are also two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom.
The covered terraces offer a breathtaking view of the sea, the Marlera peninsula and the Kvarner islands.
The house is air conditioned.

The garden is fenced, there is an outdoor pool and a grill with an outdoor kitchen and a covered dining area. Next to the pool is the outdoor hot tub with hot water.

Gute Unterkunft mit Abstrichen

Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass wir die ersten Gäste "nach Corona" waren und alles daher etwas angestaubt und nicht gut gewartet war. Pro: - Großes Haus mit viel Platz - Theoretisch ruhige Lage, wenn da nicht die Baustellen wären Contra: - In der Beschreibung stehen 6 Badezimmer, es sind tatsächlich nur 3. - Küchen nicht besonders gut ausgestattet für Gäste die selbst kochen wollen - Esstische unten und draußen haben eine strukturierte Holzoberfläche. In den Rillen sammelt sich das Fett und der Dreck, was kaum beim Abwischen komplett sauber zu bekommen ist, daher klebt der Tisch - oberes Bad könnte Renovierung vertragen, Wasserhahn in obere Küche funktioniert nicht, Türklinken quietschen, Türen gehen nicht richtig zu, beim Versuch den oberen Ofen aufzumachen zieht man den ganzen Einbauherd mit raus, Geschirr aus der Spülmaschine unten muss eigentlich immer nachgespült werden, da sie nichts sauber bekommt. - das Haus steht in einer Ferienhaus-Neubau-Siedlung. Hier werden nebenan neue Häuser gebaut, daher ist man hier tagsüber (auch am Wochenende) Baustellenlärm ausgesetzt. - das Haus könnte bei dem Preis ein paar Fliegengitter an den Fenstern vertragen
