Excellent property. Staff great. Ultraconvenient to everything we wanted access to (Tivoli, Zoo, bus station/train station, major points of interest/shopping, and restaurants; we walked everywhere. Zoo would be an easy short bus. We had a car the first night and parked it in a safe underground parking garage at a nearby LIDL without issue and only a 5-10 minute walk away. There is no parking right next to the hotel.

Amazing stay in Ljubljana

An amazing and beautiful hotel. The service was incredible, the room was spacious and bright. It was a privilege to have a view of the castle from our bedroom! Breakfast was delightful and the staff throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful. The location could nothave been better!

Modern hotel in the heart of historic old town

Lovely modern hotel, beautifully designed with all mod-cons in the heart of the historic old town. Many walkable restaurants and bars. Very quiet, very luxurious.

Not impressed! I arrived at 11 am (check in is at 2pm) and had to pay 100E to get my room early. Happy to pay something but 100E seemed alot considering room rate for 24 hrs is around that price. Asked for late check out (2 hrs) totally inflexible. I had to wait in lobby for my ride as I was not prepared to pay another 100E for 2 hours in the room. Location cannot be accessed by car, so be prepared to walk with your luggage. Hotel rooms is small (older appearance). There are much better hotels in Ljubljana. Staff cold, business like and average. Will not be coming back here.

A charming boutique hotel that provided modern amenities with outstanding service. A delicious, plentiful breakfast started the day perfectly to enjoy all that Ljubljana has to offer. Centrally located to delicious restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming, and handled requests with ease. I look forward to visiting again. 10/10

I’ve done a lot of traveling and this is one of my best ever hotel experiences. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, and the room was quiet and comfortable. It’s steps away from the best there is to see and do in Ljubljana. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in the city centre. Very new and clean. Great value. Rooms are small but ok for solo travellers or couples without children. Would definitely want to stay here again. The only challenge is parking which is about a 4mim walk from the hotel and adds about $30 Eur to your daily cost.

Ideal Llubljana Experience

Stylish boutique hotel with 'old bone' beauty and modernized skins situated at the foot of a picturesque walking bridge over the river with local restaurants & shops in abundance - all while maintaining a calm, relaxing vibe throughout the hotel space. All the staff I interacted with came across as truly inviting with warm, helpful personalities. One of the few hotels I hope to revisit.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect - located almost directly on the canal, minutes walk from the castle and the bridges. We were so impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was great, even though options for vegans were limited. One of the staff did offer us additional avocado or asked if there was anything else we’d like. I just thought that was really thoughtful. The coffee was beautiful. Our room was perfect for us- the bathroom lovely and the bed really comfy. We honestly could not have asked for a better hotel and am so glad we chose to stay here.
