In a quiet, central location, 150 metres from the beach and the shops in the area. From the communal terrace of the apartment you have fantastic views of the sea and port.

It has a terrace with views of the port and communal washing machine, which is situated on the third floor of the building. Area shared by both apartments.

Appartement très bien situé ( attention en saison estivale peu de places de parking la journée) et bon accueil de l'agence immobilière. Le logement en lui même est dans son jus, pas d'isolation sonore. Gros point noir : moisissure dans la salle de bain..
