Nice sized room with a sea view (room 10) and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and despite being opposite the pier, the room was nice and quiet throughout the night. The shower was powerful enough and nice and hot. The breakfast was excellent - a great choice of Continental items and a nice hot breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and service at breakfast was very quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Room (junior double) was ok if a bit rough around the edges, and could do with a refresh though we had a lovely sea view. Good job we are on the smaller side as the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Didn't use any facilities of the hotel apart from the breakfast room, and have to say what a good breakfast it was - we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Hotel is well placed for Llandudno Town, pier and the Great Orme. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would consider staying here again.

Lovely hotel, great position for visiting Llandudno. Beautiful breakfast, lovely friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom could do with a good update. Room 6 bathroom was small, beautiful sea views. A little updating of property would be good. But other than these things we had a lovely few days.

We had such a lovely stay at this Hotel. The sea view from our room was absolutely amazing — waking up right in front of the pier made the whole trip feel extra special. The location is perfect, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and went above and beyond to help us. Parking was full when we arrived, but one of the staff kindly offered us his own parking space, which we truly appreciated. That level of kindness and customer service made a big difference. Breakfast was delicious and everything cooked well. Honestly, I cannot fault our stay at all. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!
