A large chlorine swimming pool of 10 x 5 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep invites you to cool off. A large lawn surrounds it. There are 8 sunbeds to enjoy the sun. You can play a game of billiards or tennis as, behind a beautiful wall next to the pool, a court awaits you. There are even rackets and balls. There is an outdoor bathroom with a shower. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours. Upon entering, a beautiful kitchen-living-dining room with A/C welcomes you, designed so that you can watch a film on satellite TV or DVD while cooking and preparing the table. To prepare your best recipes, you have a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster and much more. This room completes its equipment with A/C and a fireplace to acclimatise the environment according to the season in which you stay. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor, there are two bathrooms with a bathtub and three bedrooms with a wardrobe and access to the garden, two with a fan. One of them has two single beds and the others have a double bed. Going up the stairs, you access two more rooms, both with a double bed, wardrobe, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The property is located about 500m from the urban centre of Lloseta, an inland town, known for its legendary cake called Cardenal. Here you will find a supermarket, small grocery stores, a train station and some bars. A couple of km away, you reach the city of Inca, ideal for shopping, eating in a good traditional restaurant or visiting the Thursday market. The Sierra de Tramuntana offers charming trails such as els Tossals Verds, Cúber or Biniaraix. If you prefer to move by car to unique villages, you can visit Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Sóller. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, about 29 km away and belonging to the Bay of Alcudia, an extensive beach of white sand and crystal-clear waters.
