Eye mask required

Had a very early flight so started at this airport hotel the night before. No windows in the room, but not a problem. A bit noisy with other guests walking up and down the corridor. Main issue of comfort for me is that there are safety lights in the room that do not turn off. You need an eye mask to sleep

Fine for one night stop over, staff friendly and helpful. Room extremely small, very basic, not worth the money charged. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet but still not enough to warrant rate charged as no facilities. Next time will stay in Sofitel in T5 and get tube if ever need to leave from T3 again.

Not the cleanest room and incredibly incredibly small. Not much space for luggage considering this is an airport hotel

Stress-free solo travelling

It was comfortable and just right for a solo traveller, perfect for overnight stay for an early flight next day! Definitely recommend for an stress-free trip! No complaints :)

Night lights are way too bright , cannot shut off

Hotel is fine but they have really bright “night lights” that are on the entire night, very disruptive for sleep even with face mask, they shine from the ceiling, really need to be able to shut these off , would not stay again at any hotel in the chain if this is what they do

Great choice for T3

Comfortable and convenient for T3. No frills hotel. but does all that is needed for a quick overnight stay. Bed extremely comfortable. Room quiet and well stocked.

Unfair fee policy!

We intended to use this hotel for a layover at LHR. Upon check-in we discovered that if you book on Hotels.com check-in is not until 15:00 (3:00pm), however if you book directly you can choose the window of your arrival and departure. We were required to pay an additional fee at the time of check-in for a room that already was a poor value compared to other hotels in the area. WE WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN
