I've stayed in this room on many occasions and keep on coming back. Though I haven't met any of the staff, they are just a phone call away and are very helpful. Furthermore the place is clean and tidy and the location perfect for my needs.
Amazing! Everything was perfectly organised and clean. The public transport was walking distance and some local shops and such on the corner. Definitely going to do this again.
It's clean and the kitchen has everything you need.
However, being located in the basement, I found it not so friendly to travellers with heavy suitcases
For the price, it was a decent option for us. However, please be aware that this is a basement rented out with two bedrooms, a kitchen / living room area and shared bathroom!! It would have been good to know this in advance. Bed was comfortable, room was warm though. Cleanliness was fine. The door to the basement is locked by a digital code on the handle, same with the bedroom door. It felt safe enough.
Absolutely terrible. They lost the key to the patio, so we werenât able to use it. We had to restart the boiler every time we wanted to use hot water, which only worked some of the time so we had to take ice cold showers. And a day into our stay all of the lights in the bathroom stopped working. I also accidentally left a $150 pair of headphones (completely my fault) in the room and immediately notified the host. They couldnât be found, which was be cherry on top.
THIS IS A SHARED BATHROOM - you need to make this obvious to your guest! Other guests were walking into the apartment thinking they have the whole place to themselves. Obviously, it's not just me that fell for this!
It was no room light, and no hot water . I reported next morning. Just send me you have to turn up electric braker, I did many times ,,but does not works. and hot water they said me it is working you have to have hot water ... If I have hot water , I did not need to report .... I can not understand even no apologise ,,,It was big surprised this organization system.
The room itself was very nice. The issue I had was with locating the room. The address takes you to flats but there is no explanation as to which flat and it is not signposted. Also there is ÂŁ100 deposit required along with photo id which is required to get the code to enter. Not ideal.
I would stay again tho as once I was in the property was very nice. Shared bathroom with two rooms
Although the property was clean and comfortable, and good value for central London, the experience was let down by poor service. The access email didn't arrive until 2.00 p.m. cleaning hadn't finished by the agreed checkin time, so the access code didn't work, and the boiler wasn't working properly, so no hot water or heating until I had to fix it. Good thing I knew what to do.
