The service was excellent and the location was very convenient. The tower of london and the tower hill station are less than a 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast is excellent but do not prepay as you can order from the menu at less than the prepay price. Have excellent memories of this hotel.

The property was in a great location, close to the underground. It was clean and the staff, especially the Indian lady at the front desk, was very helpful with bags and friendly in general. Others were reserved and but ok. I gave poor/average rating for this accommodation for 2 main reasons, they second being the most concerning but perhaps related to the first: 1. we booked this room months in advance. It was a 2 twin/double. I requested the twin via email as well. We did not get this request, the room was in a back corner, facing a brick wall. Ok this happens, not entirely unpredictable for us unfortunately. 2. the bathtub/shower had incredibly high walls and was very difficult to get out of and to me dangerous as I almost slipped if not for the towel handle close by. I cannot imagine an elderly person having to deal with that bathtub and the hotel should be mindful of complications this could give.
