Staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful. The location was great, 5 minute walk to the Tube at Paddington. The room was excellent, clean, and had everything we needed for our 3nt stay in London!

Attentive staff, good cleanliness, close to Paddington train station which has a direct connection to the airport. The breakfast is reasonably priced, allowing you to explore the city already fed.

The highlight of my stay was the staff, very friendly and accommodating. Also, the location was close to a lot of different options and walking distance from Paddington Station which is a large station that easily connects to most lines in London. Ideal location to quickly get around. However, the room floor was a little dusty. Also, I asked for a room with 3 beds and one of the beds was a cot, that was disappointing.

Good location with less then 2 min walk from Paddington station and high street. Parking available as promised and welcoming and friendly reception staff. Cleaning 4 out of 5 as some dust left over the bathroom mirror and shower and only downside is the bathroom fan, it’s very noisy and even when you shut the light remains working for 30min or so, which is mental.

I gave 3 stars because the room was either too hot or too cold. I couldn’t get the temperature regulated. The bathroom as ice cold. Not heat at all. In the evening when I wanted to relax and watch some TV it only worked part of the time. Otherwise Staff was great and very helpful.
