Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff were brilliant and really attentive. The hotel facilities, bar and room amenities were excellent. Location is brilliant, round the corner from the British Museum and a short walk to the West End. Docked one star, as the room was a bit too small to shoe-horn a big double bed into.
