Hotel très accueillant, bien situé . La personne qui nous a reçue à notre arrivée était très sympathique et disponible. Les chambres étaient propres mais un peu petite pour 3 personnes.

Sehr sauber, zentral gelegen, damit man schnell die Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der Subway erreicht. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder einmal.

The hotel was very warm and friendly from the time of check-in. Breakfast in a family atmosphere. If I visit London again, I would like to stay again.

The staff was the friendliest, helpful and they made me feel super comfortable! The hotel was at a great neighbourhood, a short way from the centre and public transportation. My room was super cozy and neat. The only cons would be the breakfast. There wasn't any healthy choices and no lactose free milk products. I didn't mind so much because there are many great breakfast places in London! All in all it was a great experience. Thank you.
