Grand lit double (51. 3 m2) dans la ville de Kentish. À 5 minutes de la station de mĂ©tro, route tranquille hors rue. À 10 minutes de Camden Town. Hauts plafonds, grand salon et chambre, tout confort, cuisine sĂ©parĂ©e. Bain douche.

Plafonds hauts, grand salon, avec cuisine séparée. Lit double avec matelas mémoire en mousse. Sensation de détente, spacieuse. Sera vraiment comme votre maison pendant votre séjour. 51. 3 mÚtres carrés.

36 "Widescreen HD TV (avec skysports), dispose Ă©galement d'un cĂąble macbook HD si vous souhaitez regarder des films Ă  partir de votre ordinateur portable.

Le quartier

Rester Ă  Kentish Town vous permet de vivre un mode de vie local merveilleux et aussi dans le centre de Londres en 10 Ă  15 minutes. Kentish Town est un endroit unique et excentrique, totalement Ă  l'aise avec lui-mĂȘme. Je vais fournir un PDF en profondeur de toutes les meilleures choses Ă  voir et Ă  faire, si vous vous renseignez sur la rĂ©servation. Voici quelques points saillants. Caversham Road est une rue calme juste Ă  l'Ă©cart de la rue et Ă  7-10 minutes Ă  pied des 3 principaux centres de transport, du mĂ©tro, du sol et du rail national. Kentish Town a des restaurants incroyables et acclamĂ©s par la critique, Pizza East, Chicken Shop, Dirty Burger (Shoreditch Houses triple venture north), les gastroporamas incroyables, The Abbey, The Oxford. CafĂ©s artisanaux (Arancini, The Fields Beneath) et pubs brillants. La musique en direct est au Forum et Ă  divers pubs. Super marchĂ© sage, nous avons un Sainsburys local et Co-Op, Tesco Express et des Ă©tals aux fruits et lĂ©gumes. Pret A Manger et Costa Coffee sont Ă©galement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du (courrier Ă©lectronique cachĂ©). Il y a un grand Sainsburys Ă  10 minutes Ă  Camden ainsi que Marks And Spencers.

Se déplacer

Flat 2, 49 Caversham Road est parfaitement placĂ© pour le transport. La station de mĂ©tro Kentish Town (ligne nord) se trouve Ă  7 minutes Ă  pied. Cette station dispose Ă©galement de trains Thameslink (4 minutes de St Pancras pour les voyageurs Eurostar) et gĂšre un service d'arrĂȘt Ă  l'aĂ©roport Luton & Gatwick (un peu plus lent que les trains express, mais moins cher et vous rend directement Ă  la ville kentish)
Kentish Town West Overground Station se trouve à 10 minutes à pied et vous connecte à toutes les stations sur le nouveau réseau étendu.
Il y a un arrĂȘt de bus au bout de ma route, les bus servent tous Ă  Camden et Ă  diverses destinations du centre de Londres. 134 et 214 sont tous deux des bus de nuit et le N20 dessert aussi Kentish Town.

Felt like home

The flat was just as described, even better. The place is a perfect 1 bedroom flat in a nice quiet neighborhood that makes it feel like a home away from home. Transit is a short walk away to connect you to everything. Lots of local shops and pubs are nearby. The host (Stan) was amazing. He works with each of his guests to make their stay as perfect as possible. He was able to accommodate my early arrival and made sure to explain everything to me when I arrived. He was always available to contact if needed (as I did) to answer any questions. I will be recommending this place to anyone that I know travelling to London. I stayed for a week and it was the perfect place for that length of time. A nice a relaxing home base for your adventures.

Great place to stay in London

London's public transit system makes it easy to stay anywhere in the city. This apartment is convenient to the light rail in a quiet neighborhood with an incredible restaurant (the Lion and Unicorn) right around the corner. Stan, our host, met us at check in and was responsive to all our questions. The bed was super comfortable, too. Well equipped kitchen with whatever you need should you decide to cook. All around great stay!

Great Kentish Town Flat!

Stan’s place in Kentish Town is the perfect location to experience London. His place is well furnished, has many amenities you won’t find at a hotel, and is in a great location. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, betting shops, pubs
all within an easy walk. Stan’s communication was impressive; he’s literally the most responsive European I’ve ever texted with, and that’s no exaggeration. Thanks for the awesome place and awesome time!!

Stan's place feels like our own little London home - clean, bright. cozy. Stan made us feel so comfortable and the check in process was very clear. The location makes it easy to pop around London with lots of shops around. We loved Kentish Town - loads of small independent restaurants with loads of cuisine options. At the same time, Stan's kitchen is perfect for preparing home cooking. We slept very comfortably in the bed. 10/10 would definitely stay again - thank you so much!

Perfect Stay!

Stan’s house was absolutely perfect for my stay on Camden. It was such a pleasure staying in such a vibrant part of town. Everything is basically outside your doorstep. Great location

As both of us were sick it was hard to feel good about anything, but the flat was in a great location, and the walk to the underground a breeze. Very vibrant area, with lots of shops and eateries. Easy to get into London itself, and we enjoyed our stay. I will say though, that Stan needs to do something about the bed. He knows what I mean I think!!

Homely vibe and a very helpful host

The apartment is conveniently located, just a couple of minutes walk to the Tube station, Kentish Town on the northern line. It's close to a lot of shops, but far enough to enjoy a quiet night of sleep. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need, clean towels, toiletries and such. It was a very pleasant stay and Stan was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be returning here at our next visit.

Great property with wonderful property manager

We stayed at Stan's lovely flat for 3 weeks over Christmas 2022. Stan was really friendly and accommodating at the check in, carefully explaining all operational details and welcoming us with flowers and chocolates. The flat itself is quiet, bright, warm and airy, and really conveniently located for us to see our nearby family and for shopping trips into central London. My husband and I had a great stay in this comfortable Kentish Town flat. The location was perfect, next to the tube station with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Stan is an excellent host and we hope to stay here again on future visits.
