A month of joy

I stayed in Odeta's apartment in March of this year, and it was a delight! It is located in what I think is the best place to stay in the London area -- not too close to the center of the city, but within a block or less of three major underground and train stations. The vicinity was full of local food stores, restaurants, cute shops, and great places to walk. The view was hypnotic - the Thames below, hills to the southwest, the sunrise taking up all of the sky. I can't imagine anywhere else could have been better.

Convenient and homely

Excellent communication with Ana. Fun neighborhood with daily markets below flat. Lots of options for pubs and restaurants. Had a wonderful stay!

The property is in East London. The Tube is very convenient, but still a good 45 minutes back into Central London. Eating in neighborhood is all very Ethnic and going back into town too far. Flat in need of TLC ( bedding, kitchen,window coverings). Owner very communicative and says she is fixing things. View is really amazing

Cosy flat, greasy kitchen, very kind landlady

Nice communication and fast replies from friendly landlady. Good facilities including dishwasher, but the kitchen was rather greasy and very difficult to clean. No airco in the flat, which can in summertime cause very high temperatures, because of the large windows. The flat is situated in a multicultural area with daily market which causes some noise throughout the days and late evenings. Many shopping options nearby. We felt safe in the flat. Nice view, near to several stations and bus stops. Public Transport to London City takes about 20-30 minutes.

The sky line to London

The property is very nice and cozee The car parking could be explained in the listings a little better a little hard to find and to let people be aware that you need to park on roadside to unload car The area is very compact with lots of high street name shops very hospitable area lots of fresh fruit veg markets on doorstep too We loved the central situation of transoort too

Nice apartment in a great spot

We were coming down to London to watch an event at the O2. The price was very reasonable, the apartment was as described and in a great location- the high street is a few mins walk away and although we didnt use them, it is close to two stations and not far from the Thames. The only downsides were the noise- its quite centrally located so general noise from pubs/bars at closing etc and the lift, which happened to break on our second day and the apt is on the 8th floor. We were fine using stairs but might be something to consider if stairs aren't an option for you. Also, we chose to drive down and there is ample paid parking spaces located nearby but id suggest booking and sorting before you travel and not be like me getting up at the crack of dawn to move my car before the parking attendants came out! These things are also outside of the hosts control so is no reflection on her. Communication with the host was great, she answered any questions I had in a very timely manner and the property accommodated all of our needs.

Ana was a great host. The property was lovely and cosy and a great space for my husband and 18 month old baby as there were two rooms. Great links to the DLR and Elizabeth lines. Big tesco supermarket nearby. I didn’t realise when booking that it didn’t come with parking but there are parking buildings nearby. Ana was very helpful explaining where best to park.

A great Stay

A lovely apartment with everything you need. Many restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. The Tube is a 2 min walk and the new Elizabeth line goes directly to Heathrow. A wonderful host! Highly recommended.

A Home For the London Marathon 2023

I booked this Apartment with the sole intention to run in the London Marathon, it was a really nice apartment with great links with the Elizabeth Line and DLR right on the door step. The local area has all your shopping needs on the doorstep including a small market in the square. The apartment was well equipped and very spacious with great views across Woolwich and the Thames. I would gladly use the apartment again for further visits to London.
