Welcome to our flat located in the leafy Drayton Park! This recently furnished one-bedroom flat with a balcony facing the neighbourhood's green spaces offers fast access to London's world-famous landmarks. With Drayton Park station right next door, this flat is the perfect base for discovering the city. Our spacious flat comfortably accommodates four guests and is surrounded by the various cafes, restaurants, and bars of Holloway Road. Enjoy the city to its fullest in your modern London home! Upon entering the flat, you will see the bathroom to your left, the bedroom in front of you, and the living room to your right. The kitchen is accessed via the living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a new pocket-sprung mattress, and a mirror wardrobe. The full bathroom has a handwash basin, a bath, and a toilet. The living room has a 55-inch smart TV with IPTV subscription. You can watch most local and international channels, the most up-to-date movies and shows, and sporting events - including the Premier League matches. The sofa becomes a spacious bed that can easily sleep two adults. A large balcony is also accessed via the living room. The full kitchen has all the items needed for cooking your food, a microwave, an oven & stove, and a dishwasher. Guests have access to all parts of the property. There are no shared spaces. We are here for you 24/7 for any questions or requests you may have. Drayton Park is a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood in North London, offering a blend of residential experience and urban excitement. Located just a short walk from Drayton Park station, it's a convenient spot for commuters and those seeking a more relaxed pace of life.
