The service was very attentive. The rooms were clean and modern. I loved the tea and honey provided in the rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. The lounging areas were also very nice. The hotel is very close to a tube station and the Tower of London. Only wish is that they provided a robe and slippers as well as having a dedicated spot for cars/taxis to drop off and pick up guests. However, overall it was a pleasant experience.

The room was gorgeous, probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The team prepared the room with balloons and a cake as I was celebrating a birthday. They made it feel even more special with that extra touch. I will definitely be staying here again in future!
