This location is perfect for inter-Euro traveling, since St. Pancras is right a ross the street. The staff were nice and I stood here the night before and after my short trip to Paris. I’d definitely recommend to others.
Stayed here to travel on the Eurostar. It was excellent really close to St Pancras. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Highly recommended, especially for the price!

The location of the hotel is excellent, about a minutes walk to kings cross station. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. However thats where the positives stop. Room 6 on the lower ground floor was the noisiest hotel room we have ever experienced. The ceiling must be paper thin as you could hear every footstep above, at all hours. The noise of the pipes/boiler, again at all hours, were dreadful, and sounded like a chainsaw! The room was too hot, even in winter. All in all 2 very unsettled nights to the point where the sound of the underground ended up being comforting. Also the decor was tired and needs updating

I was pleasantly surprised with this being a budget hotel but it was very nice. The room was clean, beds comfy and bedding clean. Towels changed daily. There was a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean but is very small anyone large would struggle a bit but other than that we had a good stay.

This was an inexpensive hotel for an overnight stop before an early Eurostar. It did that job perfectly.
I knew that the room wasn't en suite, but I wasn't expecting the shared bathroom to be 1.5 floors down.
The room looked to be an ex store cupboard half way up the staircase. The decor was struggling in places, but the room had everything I needed.
Reception were friendly and helpful.
I have no complaints about this hotel. It's a cheap hotel offering an overnight to catch an early train.
As long as you're aware of that, it's fine.

Just outside train station very convenient, just don’t have a lift
This is a great option if you have an early train or will arrive later in the evening. There are great restaurants to walk to and you can catch the train to any tourist attraction right across the street. The room was small and the bathroom was even smaller but it was a warm bed for the quick nights as we didn’t spend much time on the room.

Good location. Nice staff. But expect to walk 3-4 flights of stairs to your room. No in-room bathroom. Tiny shared shower with hot water that takes forever to come, and low flow. It is clean. It’s a place where you sleep and not much else.
Nice staff and clean rooms, but the rooms were a little bit on the smaller side. The hotel had a very central location. Very easy to navigate around in London from this location.
Excellent location almost across the street from Kings Cross and St. Pancras. Very helpful staff. The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom was a bit small but sufficient, though it was a step up from the room, which felt a little weird. I would definitely stay here again.
