Outstanding location. Pricy. Pleasant staff. Our 2 BR much smaller than the pics. Very narrow (24 in) and steep stairs up to the bedrooms.. not for the elderly. Toilet 1st floor, shower 2nd floor.

The apartment was perfect for our 1 night stay as a group of 4 friends. Check-in was easy. Location was great for accessing Covent Garden and Leicester Square. The only slight negative was the very tight stairs up to the bedrooms but it wouldn’t it us off staying again.

I stayed a week and lived the hotel! Clean room, very pleasant staff. I felt safe walking up the street at 2AM. Lots of small grocery and coffee shops within minutes. Tube station is a 5 minute walk.

This place is well located within waking distance to a great number of things to do and see. There are several restaurants located close by, as is Trafalgar Square. The London Eye is just across the river by walking the pedestrian bridge. Benjamin Franklin's house was right behind us. Great place to stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Location for Citadines Trafalgar Squ is great, easy walk to the National Gallery a tube stations. Can also walk to Covent Garden where there are loads of restaurants and also the West End for shows and restaurants. The property is well kept our studio was light and bright and quite roomy with enough hanging space, Bahroom was good size.

We did not eat at the property but there are excellent choices within walking distance. The beds were not super comfortable and there was quite a lot of noise outside.

A little Shabby.

Our room was a little shabby. Tiles coming unglued and poorly repaired walls with plaster marks. Something i would be fine with at a Holiday Inn, but not for the price I paid. The AC wasnt very strong and the room was constantly above 75. Breakfast was OK, but much better dining options outside the Hotel. Nice area to stay.
I wouldn't repair a wall in my home this poorly...why would you want to see this at a "4*" hotel?
Glued on backsplash peeling off. Made place feel cheap..

Perfect Location

The Hotel is located perfectly to walk to all restaurants, shops, Big Ben and other attractions. Love the free coffee, cappuccinos and Lattes. Would definitely stay here again.
