We booked this as it was near Stratford and we were going to the theatre at Stratford East. It was a bit of a walk, but that was fine. The room served a purpose and was adequate, if you want tea/coffee in your room collect it from the reception area (there is a kettle in the room) bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and tbh we had a great nights sleep- there was no 'City View' but we had a lovely church to look at... all in all it served a purpose as previously said. ... needs some big tlc to bring it up to speed!!

No Wifi, no remote in room for the tv. Heating was on so felt like a sauna when i stepped inside. I had a fraud alert on my bank card during the night for over £60 for an adult website, believe it was connected to my stay here. Best to pay in cash rather than a card.

It wasn't the best. The bed sheet were clean but that was about it. The photo used is not a reflection of how the room really looks like. The shower rail was broken so did not allow the shower head to be fixed, the shower floor vinal had been repaired so badly and it was filthy. staff were friendly but I had to wait 15min for someone to arrive before i could check in. I only stayed two nights because work changed. If it didn't change I would have left anyway.

The staff here are amazing! All so friendly and bubbly! After our initial hotel left us concerned for our safety and comfort, we were going to be staying at Moxy Stratford with the tour company that we were touring Europe with so I called them to see if they were able to accommodate us and they were and were so helpful and empathetic! Free wifi, lifts, bar and restaraunt onsite! Definetly recommend getting the breakfast add on! Limited but satisfying breakfast buffet, and the pain au chocolat 🤤🤤 a must try! Also conveniently located near Westfield and public transport and has made navigating London as a tourist so much easier ❤️❤️❤️
