Great for pre airport stays

Great hotel, super clean, high room quality. I would say it’s great for staying at if you need to be near the airport, not much on that side of the river though so if you are at something like the excel stay in the hotels that side of the river. Great view of the runway.

Not a repeatable experience even though it's handy

Checked in late, after 2 flight delays, easy enough hotel to reach from London city airport, however classing it as 4 stars is off the mark. No rooms with baths, quite noisy. Staff wander about aimlessly at breakfast, no coffee and water in rooms or even basic biscuits. There one star establishments that provide these services
