We stayed at this flat in London for a week and, unfortunately, the experience left quite a bit to be desired. The check-in process was confusingâthey provided an address by email to collect the keys, but it turned out to be incorrect. We paid extra for early check-in, only to find the keys were not ready until 3:00 PM. From there, we had to walk ten minutes to the correct pickup spot, then another ten to the actual flat.Upon arrival, the unit was clearly not ready. There was drywall dust and debris on the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom floors from recent repairs. We had to vacuum ourselves just to make the space livable. The next day, workers arrived to install ceiling lights, which had been left hanging. The beds are noticeably old, and the living room couch is badly stained and not something you would want to sit on.With some effortâprimarily a thorough cleaning and some basic maintenanceâthis flat could be excellent. It has potential, but as it stands today, I would not recommend it.
