The property looks gorgeous at first glance but had some major flaws.
The beds were extremely hard. Two of them felt like you were sleeping on wooden boards. The third bed was tolerable.
The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime it was flushed. Since we only had 4 towels, we tried to wash them but the washer and dryer did not work so we needed to go to the laundromat and wash them ourselves.
We tried to let the owner know the first night but never heard back from him. So dealt with it as much as we could on our own.
The front door handle on the inside was broken and it was super hard to open. This felt unsafe in case of an emergency.
There was one plate and two bowls in the whole place. The cutlery and glasses were dirty (grease smudges on the glasses and food remnants on the cutlery).
There also was no blackout curtains in any of the rooms, and two or the bedrooms faced the street. It was concerning that the curtains were only sheers and one set didn't even close all the the way.
The place looked lovely and was usable but not very convenient or comfortable for a longer stay. This place has good potential with a few fixes and changes.
